Start with the same brief
Tell each company your location, property type, where you noticed activity and when it started. If you are unsure of the pest, ask for identification rather than choosing a treatment from a photograph.
Ask whether the quote covers inspection, treatment, physical exclusion or ongoing monitoring. Keep separate buildings and outdoor areas explicit. A general inspection does not establish that a specialist termite inspection or transaction report is included.
Compare three written proposals
Enter the companies' quoted totals in one currency. Mark each scope item Included, Excluded or Not stated and add the details from the written proposal. Blank totals stay Not stated; this worksheet does not estimate treatment prices or rank companies.
Entries stay in this page. Printing is optional, and no enquiry or account is required.
Compare three pest control quotes side by side
Put the quotes side by side. Mark what’s included and see which questions still need an answer.

Use written totals in the same currency. The currency selector formats amounts; it does not convert them.
Check follow-up and contract terms
Confirm the initial visit, total visit count, covered pests, inspection or call-out charges and how extra work is approved. Ask what happens if activity continues or returns.
Read any guarantee's conditions, duration, exclusions, renewal requirements and remedy. A re-treatment promise does not automatically include damage repairs or a refund. Ask whether taxes and any travel charges are included in the quoted total.
